To request approval for access to Oxford University Foundation Trust's learning management system, please complete the form below.

Follow these instructions to avoid problems with your account.

Do not complete if you are already employed by OUH or have previously worked in the Trust post April 2021. For support, raise a ticket on Service Now. Please explain your employment status (OUH permanent, fixed term, honorary contract, Bank/Agency, student, etc.,) and believe you have an account.
As of 10/01/2024, do NOT use an email address containing @NHS.net. We have been informed that service is being decommissioned soon and our approvers have been requested to decline applications with @NHS.net in the email address.

Please allow up to 2 full business days for approval of your application. As many as 4+ teams review/approve applications and are not necessarily the team responding to support queries; LMS Support is unable to expedite requests or approve requests outside a specific list.

Before requesting support..

Reset the password on your previous one if you have one and can access. Duplicate accounts create a problem for your training records.
Ensure you select the appropriate "position" in the form as instructed by your OUH contact. Some positions will map your account to specific training assignment(s), some don't. Only choose "Agency..." if you are working in our Trust via NHSP or another employment agency/bank.
Please don't choose a random position if the exact job you do isn't specified in the pick list. The position determines which team reviews your application and you may delay approval if you choose one not relevant to your purpose in registering or risk rejection of your application by the position's approver group.
Once your application has been approved, use the *GREY* "Other Email" button to log in.
Please remember to check your junk folder for notifications. You do not need a confirmation notification to try to log in. You are setting up your own details and have the web address, so if you haven't received a confirmation 48 hours after submitting your application, you should try logging in just in case the internet has consumed your notification.

NB: We have asked for your National Insurance number to identify:

a) whether you already have an account and/or

b) to prevent duplication or data loss should you become employed with us in the future; your NI number acts as a unique identifier so you won't need to repeat your learning and to prevent anyone else with the same name being given credit for your completions. We have a surprising number of people who share both first names and last names. NI numbers are at times the sole unique identifier.
